It is an unfortunate fact of the 21st Century that Emergency Response planning has become unavoidable. Business leaders around the world are becoming increasingly aware of the critical need to raise the safety questions that we ask during the Plan preparation phase. World events have made it clear at every level that not to do so has simply become unacceptable.
The purpose and focus of an Emergency Response Plan is saving lives; business information; and the business physical infrastructure.
